The Edge Restaurant: An Inside Look
 I decided to write my Edge Restaurant in Temecula review for you.
Right now everyone seems to have heard of the Edge Restaurant in Temecula, but I wanted to write a small scope of the actual experience.
I felt a need to write something a bit more comprehensive about my experiences and give you an idea of what you can expect when you visit, and perhaps encourage or discourage you from attending this restaurant. So, I give you my Edge Restaurant in Temecula review.
The restaurant was voted Dinner’s Choice award in 2009. The Edge sounds enticing and like the perfect place to go. Owned by Simon Curtis, and backed with Executive Chef Kevin Manolovitz the restaurant is considered fine dining.
We Start With The Outside
As I walked up to the front of the building I first noticed the large torches that are placed by the front doors. This presents a very intense initial experience. You begin to wonder what exactly is behind those red doors. But the sign in designer cursive continues to beckon you and when you enter, you are taken to something out of the upscale 1930’s.
The Interior Was Second To None!
 The interior is remarkably beautiful, with large windows decked in the best retro curtains, to booths and seating areas that are decked with remarkable fabric. You can see that the designer had a very concise design in mind and executed it to flawless perfection. One area of note is the full bar that has a modernized spiral look.
Overall, I would rate the appearance of The Edge very high 4.5 out of 5. The lighting is slightly dim in the restaurant while I understand it is mood lightning, clearly being able to see while eating is an important factor. Another factor in the rating was the live music present. Some would find it distracting to have while dining in an upscale restaurant, while others might find it pleasant.
The Food And Drinks Were Top Notch!
 The food served at The Edge Restaurant is limited. There is not a considerable selection of items like many restaurants offer.
However, what they do have is fantastic. You can certainly tell everything is fresh and prepared to order. The ingredients are high quality and cooked to a delicious perfection.
The beef melted in my mouth - perfection; my salad had fresh precisely cut vegetables, and the dressing was delicious. My desert was flawless and created with the hand of a true professional. The Crème Brule wasn’t burned, but caramelized to and a toasty brown. mmm
For those interested in wine selection, they have some of the best wines available. Very high quality and very reasonably priced for most budgets.
I would rank them at 5/5 for food quality and deliverance. The presentation of my food was simply amazing. The chef really presented the dishes with elegance on gorgeous white plates.
My Server Was Fantastic - Always Smiling!
 Service at The Edge was excellent as well. My waitress was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without having to run back and forth.
My drink was kept constantly full, and she actually knew what I needed prior to me having to ask for anything.
This is certainly the sign of a perfect waitress. If all their wait staff is this excellent, then they have mastered the art where other restaurants fail. Easily a perfect 5/5 score for the service staff.
My Overall Dining Experience Was Top Shelf!
 Overall the dining experience was very good and reasonable priced. This is the perfect place to bring people to impress without breaking the bank.
It is also the right place for making a memorable experience, and the perfect celebration location.
My overall score for my Edge Restaurant in Temecula Review is 4.75/5.
I highly recommended this restaurant to everyone who took the time to read my review.

TAKE TWO!
It has been almost one year since our last visit to the Edge Restaurant and my wife and I asked our self’s, “why did it take so long since our last visit"?
We could not give each other a good answer.
The Edge Restaurant is one of the finest dinning experiences in all of Temecula.
We live only four miles away and it seems like we are not even in Temecula when we are inside. Great dining experience!
Our waitress tonight deserves a shout out! Thanks, Harriet for making our night out wonderful.
My wife was so relaxed after dinner… just what we both needed. Harriet gets a 5/5 on our Edge Restaurant in Temecula review tonight.
My Filet mignon was cooked to perfection and my wife’s fish was impeccable!
