 New on the block is the Masia de Yabar Winery.
The thing that will bring you back over and over again is the wine.
Masia de Yabar specialize in some great Argentinian wines, great live music and a cozy atmosphere.
These are some wonderful and flavorful Argentinian wines, unique to this winery.
This out-of-the-way winery can be found just off Fifth Street right across the street from the Edge Restaurant.
What I found intriguing about this winery specifically was the great atmosphere inside.
The tasting bar was set up as a large "L", with wine pours ready to serve you. With some great music in the background this was an incredibly getaway.
The Background Of These San Juan, Argentina Wines
The story of the Argentina wine dates back to the XIX century.
This era is when wine was made according to the Spanish and Italian traditions and techniques. The Tulum Valley, in South of the San Juan province, is one of the most important appellations in Argentina.
What is so great about this area in San Juan was the abundance of sunny days and dry temperatures that would make great flavor grapes, perfect for wine.
The History Of The Masia de Yabar Winery
 The history of this Winery is unknown to us here in Temecula. But, I can assure you that there is a great story of the birth of this winery.
Some of the background the owners have gained has been an exclusive wine experience in the beautiful wine fields of Argentina.
According to the story, the winemakers were originally from Peru with ancestors from Spain. You'll taste the wine and feel the history and the richness of all these flavorful wines.
For a long time coming it has been a dream to open a winery in Temecula for these winemakers. Well, that dream is about to come true! The Masia de Yabar will open its door to the public in August 2010 and will serve wine to the thousands of people that frequent Old Town, Temecula.
Masia de Yabar Winery With All The Amenities!
 The Winery will offer all the amenities you would find in one of the large wineries in the valley.
This includes wine tasting, a wine club and live music.
This winery is accessible to all patrons that wish to try wonderful Argentinian wine.
Centrally located in Old Town just off the I-15 freeway, you're sure to have a great time. I recommend you call ahead to find out their entertainment.
As a side note, to put it plain and simple, I think you're really going to enjoy this great family run winery. They really make you feel welcome when you come inside. You can obviously see that they want to take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Judging on my first impression, I think these guys are going to give the other wineries in Old Town a run for their money.
